So he was playing with her hair and saying how much he loves her. 
So he held her in his arms and told her he would never forget her.
So he held her hand so tenderly as though it was fragile.
So he gave her a kiss that totally numbed her senses.
So he said, "Don't worry. I will always be here."

And then he left.

So she cut off her hair.
So she erased all the memories.
So she slashed her wrist.
So she started smoking just to numb her lips.
So she never believed in anyone else anymore.

And then, somehow, she moved on.
